Product Introduction

1. The peanut sheller consists of a frame, fan, rotor, single-phase motor, screen (two sizes), feeding hopper, vibrating screen, V-belt pulley and its transmission V-belt.
2. After the machine is running normally, the peanuts are put into the hopper quantitatively, evenly and continuously, and the peanut shells are broken under the repeated impact, friction and collision of the rotor.
3. Under the rotating wind pressure and impact of the rotor, peanuts and broken peanut shells pass through the screen with a certain aperture.
4. Use the blowing force of the rotating fan to blow the peanut shells and seeds out of the machine, and the peanuts are screened by the vibrating screen to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
