6NS & 6NZF rice huller consists of two working systems: whitening and cleaning. The grain material passes through the hopper and is controlled by the inlet gate to enter the whitening chamber. In the whitening chamber, the material is peeled and whitened by the interaction between the grinding wheel, the resistance knife and the iron sieve. The shell or skin under milling is partially discharged through the sieve of the iron sieve. Due to the suction of the fan, it can be discharged outside the machine through the air duct of the base. The other part is taken out as the food flows through the sucker. This is done by two separate cleanings to achieve complete separation.
This Huller machine can be used for millet rice milling, corn breaking, sorghum shelling, bean peeling, wheat peeling, buckwheat peeling, barley peeling, oat peeling, barley rice peeling, cleaning and other miscellaneous grains.
