6NS-33 Vertical Rice Huller is mainly used for processing paddy rice milling and sorghum peeled into the rice, and corn, wheat, beans, broad beans, oats, soybeans, whole grains peeling processing. After removing the hull and germ of hard part from Corn, the effect of improving the taste of edible corn, expanding the scope of application of corn. There are Emery roller, Screens in the machine, has a fan base in the lower part, the body uniform with an exhaust passage bran, machine spindle is composed of major and minor axes plug from each other, in the long and short axes plug a bearing gap, with the major and minor axes are respectively connected to the motor and a pulley provided on the major axis is greater than the minor axis of the pulley provided on the fan mounted on the lower short axis, the long axis of the grinding wheel is mounted on the superimposed , the differential can be achieved with the fan wheel rotates, increase the amount of bran row, even during long shifts will not cause the accumulation of chaff, reducing the rate of broken grain.
